I cannot recommend Fred enough! We had to sell our house quickly and unexpectedly. He was incredibly honest, helpful, and responsive to our needs to make sure everything was a success. As I see in other reviews, he also literally worked on our house as well as providing recommendations for great contractors. Most importantly, we experienced the loss of an immediate family member one week prior to closing. Fred was there, taking over, and organizing everything we needed while we were away. That alone was invaluable to us.

Mr. Porter is very professional and extremely responsive. We are relocating to build our dream home in Colorado from California which is a very stressful task. From start to finish Fred responded to all of our questions and calmed our anxiety during the entire process. Most importantly he advocates for his clients helping deal with the seller, to the bank, to the title company. Fred has great knowledge in regards to Colorado, real estate, and even geological soil information. Mr. Porter also help discuss the proper offer for such an intense market.

Fred was a tremendous help to our family! He helped us list two contiguous properties for an elderly out-of-state family member, who was facing a looming foreclosure deadline. Circumstances were challenging to say the least, but Fred was able to locate a notary in the other state to visit our relative for signatures on more than one occasion, and find a local attorney to help untangle some of the more complicated issues that arose. Though this was not a large real estate listing, he made it a priority, monitored it closely, and kept in touch with us daily. He managed all this within extremely narrow time margins. Ultimately, Fred found a buyer at a very fair market price and set up the closing, before the sale of the property at auction on the county courthouse steps! Instead of forfeiting the property for back HOA and attorney fees and taxes, our family member was able to settle those debts and put a sizable check in the bank to help in her care. Fred sold a piece of land for us in Larimer county . Easy communication. Easy to deal with and really on top of things. Highly recommended. We found Fred a couple years ago while we were searching for a homesite for our future home. We were new to Colorado and the Fort Collins area. Fred acted as a guide answering all our questions, looking at specifics, such as school districts, nearby facilities and the overall infrastructure of Fort Collins. Fred has been extremely professional and prompt in his dealings with clients. His wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate is really admirable. He paid close attention to our needs and remembered our requirements several months after we had discussed it. He contacted us with a perfect property and guided us through all the documents and formalities that come with land acquisition. This includes water tap, tax, title, HOA, restrictions caused by the pandemic, and many other issues we would not have been able to handle by ourselves.
